Gaming in 2025: A Vision of Gaming and Immersive Technology

In this talk, I storyboarded out a number of scenarios I envisioned for gameplay to take place within our real world in an age where AR & VR are available on a variety of different devices through a person’s day.

This was a bit of a different talk from my usual nuts & bolts tech and business stuff and I think it turned out pretty well.

I have a paper I wrote that gives some speculation on the details around implementing these, and I may clean it up and post it here sometime. In the meantime, the video is on YouTube (embedded to the left), and slides are up on Slideshare.

As an aside: Marks the most I’ve spent on commissioned artwork in support of pun. I regret nothing.
